What we collect
We collect account identity, name, Discord username, contact information, team details, project answers, submitted links, judging workflow data, build updates, votes, and operational security records.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive applications, assess eligibility, support judging, operate and protect the public vote, certify results, communicate status, operate the cohort, publish approved program material, prevent abuse, and improve the application flow.
Who can see it
Authorized organizers and judges receive access only as needed to run the program. Judge notes and scores remain private. Voter identities, account details, private contact information, and private application answers are never included in public vote results. Public profiles, aggregate certified results, and build logs contain only approved fields after the required organizer publication action.
Service providers
Authentication, database, hosting, email if configured, and privacy-conscious analytics providers may process data as service providers. Sensitive free-text application answers are not sent to product analytics.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete information where applicable by contacting the organizers through the Furqan community. Applicants may withdraw through their dashboard while their current application status permits it. Operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary for vote integrity, certification, safety, and rule enforcement.
No sale of applicant data
Applicant data is not sold. There is no marketing opt-in by default.
