Week 1
Define
Scope the smallest product worth shipping and define a measurable Day-30 outcome.
Furqan × SHFT
3 builders. 30 days. Ship something real.
A 30-day builder program for members of the Furqan community. Applications are assessed first, the strongest contenders face a public vote, and the certified Top 3 get focused support to ship something real.
The program
Ship in 30 is a builder competition and accelerator run with the Furqan Discord community and SHFT. It is for people who can turn an idea, prototype, or very early product into a usable technology product within 30 days.
Solo builders and small teams may apply. Projects can begin at idea, prototype, pre-launch, or very early stage. Mature established businesses generally do not fit Cohort 01.
A public vote determines the final Top 3. Organizers and judges first assess valid applications under the published rubric and publish a shortlist. After the vote closes, integrity review and certification turn the strongest valid results into the selected cohort.
What you can build
How the month works
The framework keeps the work honest without prescribing what to build. Weekly public updates cover what shipped, what broke, what was learned, what comes next, and where help is needed.
Week 1
Scope the smallest product worth shipping and define a measurable Day-30 outcome.
Week 2
Get the core experience functioning from beginning to end.
Week 3
Put it in front of real people, gather feedback, and fix what matters.
Week 4
Launch a usable product, tighten onboarding and analytics, and present the result.
Organizer support
Selected builders may receive discretionary non-dilutive support from the organizers. This can include infrastructure, software, API usage, technical resources, services, promotional support, or other build expenses where appropriate. The type and level of support, if any, is determined case by case and is not guaranteed.
The ownership principle
Your company, code, intellectual property, and future stay yours.
The culture
Evidence can change the plan. Builders may pivot in good faith, and community members are encouraged to test, debug, review, document, design, and make useful introductions.
